trust

this place never gets old to me. the chapel at usna is one of my favorite places - who knew!
there is so much tradition and history in here. everything has a purpose - where it was placed and why. today i really need to rely on tradition and history -- the history and tradition of God's faithfulness. His plan. His direction. i've found my heart confused the past few days -- and i do know that i can't trust my heart - it's so fickle. please pray for my heart to focus on what is true and noble, and ultimately God's plan for my heart, not mine. we all know that i've made some really dumb decisions in my life when i was focused on what my heart wanted to do. praise God for His patience with such a child as me.
