Continuum -- I really like this word - and I like the new John Mayer album too :) Since last Sunday's sermon that finished up the book of Ruth by Mark Dever I've been thinking about the faithfulness of the Lord. Ruth out of simple obedience and honor to her mother-in-law ends up being part of such a huge story. The story is encouraging to be continuous in seeking Him daily. Ruth is a good example of being faithful in the little things. It's also a wonderful story of how the Lord blessed Naomi even when she was complaining and being stubborn. God continued to love her and chose to bless her as well.

May you continue to seek the face of the One who loves you continuously!

Hey Jen, I have one week left in my Bible Study. We are doing Lady in Waiting which pulls all it's lessons from Ruth. There is so much to be learned from Ruth...contenment, trust, turning from past sin and starting a new, faithful, strength, obiendence humbleness, etc. The list goes on and on. For such a small story, her life has much to be learned from. What a great lady of God for us to study as we are learning to be great women of God ourselves!
